[Resolved]  PayUMoney — transaction problem

I paid my examination fees through payumoney on 2nd of october 17 but it keeps failing. I tried multiple attempts until i got a message saying there's insufficient amount in my sbi account. The fee is suppose to be ₹ 1610 including the extra charge ₹ 1626.31 to be exact. After this situation i got into i have no idea where to go further, whom to ask. There was ₹9000 in my sbi account but all were gone and now i'm helpless. I read about the refund but i need to know and be updated about the time that is going to take for my further transactioning. So please take this matter seriously since i have ₹4 left in my account and i cannot even do anything.

I was paying my internet bill for nextgen solution and my money got deducted but somehow due to some connectivity issue it did not send the response to nextgen solution for successfull transaction, could you please check the payment id [[protected]] and reconfirm nextgen for successful payment.

Dear sir I try to payment for my hssc Advt 11/2015 exam fess 150 but I will try to pay I will show transactions failed and ur amount deduct but today I have not received my amount back I will try again to pay but againt failed

on 18/09/2018 I applied for the post of hssc group D adv no 4/2018 cat no 1 and i make payment vai net banking but my transaction has failed whereas amount has been deducted from my account.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
