[Resolved] PayUMoney — Two payments not credited.

I had made two payments of rs. 4987.68 each on 26th may 2020, to est delhi munnicipal corporation as property tax. The payments have been debited from my sbi card. But not credited to ed mcd.
I made the two payments since the message was coming as not successful.
Subsequently i made a third payment through bank of maharashtra debit card which has been successful.
One transaction number is[protected]. I do notknow the other transaction number.
My sbi credit card number is [protected] in the name of vasudevan c.
I had made the payments in the name of vasudevan cheloor.
Please refund the two payments totalling to rs. 9975.36

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hey, both the transactions are successful via PayU Payment Id - [protected] & [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
