This issue is almost an year old. When i did not find a solution i asked you to close my account with payu and you assured that i won't get any sms or email. But you still keeping sending sms for payment i never made. Almost every week i am getting 2-3 sms. What fraud is going on with my mobile number? Pl check the payment id below. Apologies for the inconvenience. As checked, this number [protected] is being used for transaction at PayU with the name of "Usha Devi" and email id [protected]@hotmail.com . But payment is not mine and I had closed and removed any account I may have with payu earlier and you ensured this will not happen again. But why this payment is attached to my number? May I get the details of payment bank to verify which bank/ card/ used? The issue is not new and I have made several complaints but no payumoney team ever took a responsibility to attend complaint.
