[Resolved] PayUMoney — upi transaction | |||
I have booked mobile on line on 25/03/2018 of mi india. Rs 11148.00 was debited to my account. I have used tej application of google. Transaction was successful. Upi i'd no is[protected]. Merchant mi india informed non receipt of fund very late. I was following with merchant. As merchant inform non receipt of fund i contacted tej team and payu team who inform to contact issuing bank. Payu id is [protected]. Payu is informing that chargeback raised on above id and informing to contact issuing bank. But payu might have credited wrong account and not helping for recovery and pressuring axis bank for refund. Please instruct payu to refund me rs 11148.00 if they have credited wrong account Was this information helpful? | |||
