[Resolved] PayUMoney — very urgent - settlement of my amount on hold | |||
Hello, My name is bhupendra i have a merchant acccount in payumoney id 7154364. Settlement of my amount transaction id:[protected]} is on hold by payumoney for unknown reasons. They sent me mail to submit delivery proof and i have already submitted that but i got no response from them i have very small business if payumoney will not release my amount as soon as possible i will be in big trouble. I cant give service to my customer till money received in my account so my customers are also in trouble now. And payumoney is responsible for all this. They have no rights to hold our hard earned money as they are making me and my customers in trouble. And they also don't have any support no. So we can our issues. If payu will not release my amount on time i need to file strict complain against them and my customers will also file complaint as they are also in trouble. Hence i request from payu team to resolve my issue on urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 08, 2020 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Bhupendra, As checked, your transaction has been refunded back to source account on 07/08/2020 after receiving your approval on your ticket id HP[protected].
