[Resolved] PayUMoney — Wrong transfer of Rs.1299/- to M/s BIZTOROCK INDIA-request for refund

We have transferred Rs 1299/- to M/s. BISTOROCK INDIA on[protected] vide Payment ID[protected] insted of M/s. The Divine Touch. The mistake is noticed today. Hence we request to stop payment to M/s BIZTOROCK INDIA and refund the amount in our Account with SBI, nettayam, Thiruvananthapuram.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

We have no information about the merchant" BIZTOROCK INDIA", since it is a wrong transfer, the link is similar to that of " The Divine Touch" they are a registered customer of Pay U money. Please forward the contact details of the above merchant(BISTOROCK INDIA), who is also a registered customer of Pay U Money, for obtaining re-fund.

It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank
