Payumpp — not refund my bank a/c

I had cancelled the ticket on 21.02.2018. And amount of 365 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 15.07.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,

Note: train is cancelled, only full cancellation is allowed
