PayUPaisa — payment deducted from bank but transaction not completed

I have make a payment for rs. 10646.66 on 09-03-17 at 21:47:40 to dav public school (Payupaisa47777), amritsar (Punjab) through my hdfc credit card, payment was deducted from my card but transaction not completed. On next day i have done another transaction in same account that was completed but my earlier deducted amount was not reversed till now kindly reverse my deducted amount or call me at[protected]. I am also enclosing a image of transaction message received from hdfc bank.

Dear Payupaisa,

I was trying to pay the school fee thru online on the school website thru payupaisa by credit card. The money is deducted from the account, but not credited to school account. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
