PayUPaisa — Puma shoes/amount is debited but did get confirmation

Address:Plot No:24S/P House No:2-100052, Mallikarjun nagar bank colony

Hi, I applied Puma shoes as a part of independence day offer from Google News.
Amount is debited from my debit card. But I didn't get any confirmation so far. I didn't get this type of situation any time. Please help me out.
