[Resolved] Payzapp — Cheated / fooled customer | |||||
This is regarding transaction reference no: 383573; where i used payzapp to pay for order no mguo[protected] At big basket where it was clearly mentioned on big basket mobile app on (Thursday, august 18th 2016) that customer will get cashback of 200/- rs on paying through payzapp for order above; I paid through payzapp an amount of 1035/- but i am yet to get the cash back. Neither hdfc nor big basket is responding. I will myself - never use hdfc debit card or any products in my lifetime; - never use hdfc credit card; I have 10 years old account and i will close this account and terminate all my relationship with hdfc bank if hdfc bank does not give justice and behaves ethically. And of course i will never shop using payzapp again. I am educated and aware customer and you cannot gain anything from fooling and cheating customers like us; Payzapp no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
