A few days back i took up the trial version of 6 online surveys provided by payzox. When it was their turn to pay for the surveys taken by me, they made it mandatory to upgrade to premium account to be able to take more surveys and be paid for them. I paid an amount of rs 699 via paytm. Account has been upgraded. But i can take further surveys only after uploading my identity documents like pancard, aadhar card and bank account statement. But i am unable to upload anything becoz its showing error everytime. So i want my money refund... Was this information helpful? | |||

I completed trial survey 2week back n tried to withdraw amt but payzox asked to do payment of 699rs. payment also done of rs699. Now they asked documents. I dont know reason. i need my money back

It's a fraud they cheat people in smart way do not sign up r download waste of time and money not useful very useless
