Pcda Allahabad — Non payment of gallantry award

Sir,
I am holder of sena medal gallantry award as per military secretary's branch, army headquarters letter no a/45101/263/2002/ (Ms (X) dead 29 april 2002. I was regularly being paid award money for some time. Yesterday i checked my pay slip on the internet to my horror i came to know that the money is not being paid to me for quite some time. My details are as follow:-

Date of retirement. 30.09.1997.
Pl do the needful.
