Tulip purple builder cheated to all owner. No parking space given but he promise to gave.
1. He build apartment and gave 14 flats out of 56 flat to owner. Initally no owner aware about that.
2. Owner of land now capture first floor they also block lift area. Life will not stop on first floor.
3. He used common area for parking. No proper way to go in lift.
4. No decorative lobby entrance.
