PCMC — Commercial Use of Residential Flat

My name is Hrishikesh Anand Choudhary. I am a resident of Pimpri Chinchwad Municapal Corporation.

In my Building Flat No F-12 which belong to Mr. Khazode is being used for Hotel Purpose. The flat is being rented out and is being used for commercial purpose. Currently this is leading to disturbances and increased activity of delivery boys in the society.
I guess you have assesed the flat for owner use and not for commercial use.
I request the PCMC to intervene in the matter and issue a notice
I have recorded digital proofs of the activity.
