PCMC — drainage block from so many days

Respected sir,

Am one among the residents of bhikam kate chawl (Kasarwadi, nashik phata pune 411031) where the pcmc toilet for the public. Near to that there are multiple drainages which that the drainage system is blocked and reversed.
Full bad smell could not control that smell please take immediate action.
I request you to please action on priority to get this cleaned as all dirty drainage is coming on the road. Your earliest response will be highly appreciated

We are resident of AQUABLUE, Shinde Vasti, Ravet, Pune. On the back side there is a "Nala" but water is blocked and it's not flowing. Due to this compound wall may collapse anytime. Heavy landslide along with cracks on floor as well as on the wall. Also having severe Mosquito issue is there. It may impact on the heath of residents near by.
