PCMC — lotus hospital in pimple saudagar not giving parking facility

Is there any norm's for hospital to provide parking facility. Lotus hospital in pimple saudagar have parking in basement area which they are using for commercial purpose and not giving parking facility to customer. Due to that nearby society also struggling as customer park their vehicles anywhere. Is there any check we perform on all the mandatory service hospital should provide.
