[Resolved]  Peachmode — kurti damage

I have recieved the product just now and the product was damaged at the right corner of kurti and and the other was near by the tag that was given by you the cloth was not as said in the site information and the shades were different near the neck and hands so i want to return the product my order was cash on delivery. And the product was too light and the given information was american crepe and the given product was not that one it was different.

I have returned the product on 19th when asked about return of money they said it will be credited in store credit and from that u can transfer to the account . But when i asked to customers service they said it was sale product and it cannot be refunded only it can be credited in ur store credit by that u can buy another product. But i dnt want to buy the product because the clothing was to cheap and quality less for the 1st time 1 got damaged and how can i believe that again it doesn't repeat. So i need the refund.

I ordered a dress from this site o 19 of jan and they didn.t delivery my product yet nor they shipped it yet i call many times and they give xcuses only and its prepaid order.now i cannel my order. And they didn.t reply yet. They r big cheaters and cheat inocent poleople and now i want my money back in my bank account .
