[Resolved] Peachmode — not refunding the payment | |||
The item i ordered is not matching with the pictures online. I have raised a request on the same day to which they say that they cannot raise the refund, because the product was on sale. Does that really matter when we are paying for the product? When i'm not liking the product, its my right to return or get the refund. The fabric is not matching to the product details online, the embriodery is not matching.. How do i accept it? A. Lso, it was an urgent delivery, which i received on the third day.
