[Resolved] Peachmode — Product quality is bad, return policies are full of hassles | |||||
Hi, Problem with peachmode: 1. Advertised quality and delivered quality are not same. 2. When i ask to take back the product, they are not providing ways for hassle-free return back. 3. Money is credited to their own wallet, which means i must buy a product from them. This is against my consumer rights. I lost the trust on their brand in terms of quality, hence i am returning back their product, why will i purchase another product from them? I have checked in this same forum, many complaints are there against peach mode in terms of advertised quality vs delivered quality. Verified Support May 18, 2017 Peachmode Customer Care's response Hi Chandu, Your request for return has been initiated. We have sent you another email with all the details along with the pickup scheduled. Once the pickup no. and tracking number is generated you will receive an email with those details. this is a fraud website which is making fool to the customers. If some one is buying from peachmode he/she is going to waste his/her money. Customer service department is worst and their services are pathetic. They are not returning my money.
