Peachmode — Product refund | |||
I booked 4 cloth on 22-april 2020, from peachmode.com online portal and paid online. After getting delay around a month. I cancelled my order item. Meanwhile they shipped product and shared delivery agent name along with tracking number. Again they accept cancellation request and now i am waiting for my refund amount since last 1 month. Whenever i am calling to customer service for my refund they simply says.. Once we get our product returned to warehouse we will initiate your refund... And according to his refund/return policy they mentioned within 7-10 days. Please take a notice on this type of fraudulent business i don't know how many people facing the same issue.
