[Resolved]  Peachmode — Want to take legal actions against them for all the running around and stress they have caused also because of their refund policy

Hi guys!!

I m having same **** promblem from peachmode!! More then a month now!

Ordered two kurtas.
First these delvier me wrong kurta.
Second Peachmode take again days to deliver my two kurta and tell me to pay for it again to which i deny!
Third they deliver at last one kurta and tell me the other one is not available and give me store credit!
I tell them i dont want store credit and run after them for days! at last they tell me they will refund my money!
Now i m left with there cheap third class quality kurta which from no angle is worth 1700 bucks u can go get better in sarojni nagar!and they are telling me i m not eligible to get my refund??

I m really exhausted speaking them over emails and calls and running after them like i have no job! i wish i would have never brought the product! now its not about the money at all i want to file a complaint against them in consumer court.
