Pedl — deducting money without using pedl cycle

Money is deducting without using the cycle. I booked the cycle but the lock is not working and even when i try to cancel the trip, it's not taking. Since last night 16th march, money is deducting. Please refund the money.

My experience with pedl is worst. Even i not used it at any second, it's deducting the amount, and there is no customer service available to complain.
I forgot the number. But they can track my record using my cell no. Please do resolved it.

Even I face the same problem, PEDL has charged me for the duration of 10 hours. On top, It is asking to pay for the outstanding. If they can track people, why can't they track their own cycle in the PEDL station. I still recieve the message to return cycle to their station.
