In the month of december the process was started, and in the agreement with the bank it was mentioned as seven years loan where as i have informed that the loan required is for five years, and the date for emi deducting was informed as 12th of every month.
Orally advisor told that he will correct it. After that i have called him several times just to remind about the changes to be done on the agreement. And always getting a positive answer that i will speak.

The emi deduction was not started in january and bank started to send the messages. Then i spoke to bank manager about this. She told we will deduct from next month. Before first deduction also i have called and informed the finance advisor about the problem. The emi amount was reduced, the loan has been calculated to seven years!

Even after several telephonic discussion, emi was calculated for 7 years and they have started the deduction. The deduction date is 5 th of every month.
When i spoke to bank manager she gave a answer that she has informed your advisor that this can not be changed once the loan was sanctioned.

The same was communicated to peninsular honda by mail and even after several reminders, they are silent.
