Pensa Media — Cheater,Fraud Robbed my 28000

One and half months back, I paid appr. 28000 Rs for google adwords to promote my website archwaydesignstudio.com. It got activated for a day and services paused, still not activated, Today when I called to sales manager, he told me they closed company and now I need to follow up directly with owner(+91 [protected]).
