People-Group / People Interactive India — vip shaadi - no profiles, poor service and yet no refund

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the way your team has delivered the vip service. Firstly, i myself had to call and ask for the free consultation despite registering for this. Then, during the consultation, when i raised the concern if there would be a good pool of profiles for my number one preference of assamese brahmins, i was assured that you do have it. Trusting your sales team, i signed up. I didn't have any other option.
However, during the introductory call itself, the consultant realised that he has next to nothing to offer. And so, he said, he will refund. I agreed. However, your customer service representative was very adamant that i should continue.

At her insistence, i did give the service another try. However, i am deeply disappointed to report that it has not at all met any expectation. Once again, the new consultant admitted that there are no profiles for my first preference and the ones that he has been sharing for the second preference can be obtained even without a vip service and frankly, do not even qualify to be called 'vip' profiles. Your sales team made a big show of how only high quality profiles are included in this program. This certainly isn't true.

The only saving grace was the first consultant who was honest. The new consultant seemed to have been briefed to be very cautious in his interactions. I found his approach pretty half hearted and insincere. Further, he said one thing and did another.
Eg: 1) when i told him that i had missed the call from the escalation team, he said he would speak to foram shah personally the next day. However, when i called him the next day, he said he was at home.
2) i had asked him to follow up on 2 profiles that i had shortlisted even before i had signed up for the vip scheme, which he was. Upon telling him that i would like to end the service, i asked him if he would like to let me know the status of those. He said there was nothing. However, he came dropped a chat message later on asking me to contact one of the prospects. To me it looked as if it meant, the prospect had conveyed that to him. But, in asking him, he said he had meant that i should do it on my own now.
I hope you understand how serious these kinds of erratic communications are.

Adding further, the quality of your profile writing team is poor - they submitted a write up full of language errors, misleading facts, distorted facts and cliched statements. The number that you have provided on the app for connecting with the vip ceo is not in use. How do i talk to anyone of you to convey my concerns?

Understand that your sales team has their targets to meet. But they should not do so by swindling people. I don't see why i should be paying inr 35, 000+ to receive this kind of poor service. Hence, my sincere request to you kindly initiate refund.
