Pepperfry — 7k chair is useless after 3 months o[censored]sage

I purchased a chair from pepperfry (Orderno:[protected] on 30th may 2019. I ordered this one after seeing the details in the website thinking that it has push back feature. But when i received it there was no push back feature so i asked them to return it but they told that they do not have return policy so i could not return it.
After 3 months o[censored]sage the height adjustment feature has stopped working. See i have spent 7k for this chair and the local market 1k chair is better than this 7k chair.

Dear Customer, the warranty terms offered by the merchant are for any manufacturing defect in the product and do not cover damage due to wear & tear.
