Item 1- Return pick up not done Item 2 - Refund incorrect

Its being so long i have raised request for return of 3 Door wardrobe, it says pick up requested (weeks before). No one has been assigned to pick the item and no information from customer care or any. Tired of writing to them the only revert i get it issue is resolved ticket is closed pls raise new request. How can you close the ticket without taking acknowledgement. Call backs never comes back post your order stuff.

King size and queen size bed assembly.

Each time pepperfry assigns this particular carpenter : Subrata Bose and he mentions he is arriving at 12 pm and never turns up until 7 30 pm.

This has been happening for 3 days and pepperfry has not been able to assign a different carpenter for assembly.

Please refund and return the item in case you are not assembling the furniture

    I bought the table looking at images shown to me in the product gallery. The product gallery displayed width to be 19.5 inches which suited my requirement.
    Once the product arrived, I measured the dimensions and knew it's not correct/

    I am posting both the images.

    1.) In "Screenshot[protected].jpg", you would see the table width to be 19.5 Inches.
    2). Now see the image "IMG[protected].jpg" which i clicked once the product was delivered. You would notice the table is approx 32 inches wide. If you consider packaging of 2 inches then also it's 28 inches wide.

    I have no place in my house where I can fit this. This is misleading information displayed at pepperfry website which led me to buy this item.

      I highly regret buying this wardrobe for my old father whose room I had set up when I was in Kolkata in March 2021.
      At first I ignored the bad fitting and it's gaps all over let alone the cardboard at the back.
      But I am aghast against the mould and fungus that has grown all over the wardrobe not just outside but also inside. I clean it and it comes back in two days!!!
      I visited him this Feb just to be shocked at all the clothes that had gotten spoilt nonetheless i felt so bad for my old father to be breathing into the same room this wardrobe exist.
      I demand pepperfry to take this piece of crap from my home which is neither usable not healthy and refund my amount.
      Infact it's is dangerous for old people to have a 7' tall fungus filled junk in the same room! I wonder why do they even sell things without checking it's quality and trearing it to be mould free.

            I had purchased this Bench from Pepperfry and upon delivery noticed that it wobbled and wasn't a sturdy product at all, the back support is fragile and it is more of a decoration than a furniture item. After repeated complaints, a carpenter was assigned for inspection. The carpenter they assign is their own who obviously gives a biased report. After wasting 3 weeks, they finally informed me the Bench can't be returned. It was a nightmare following up with them and a truly disappointing experience purchasing from them. The product and customer service team both were a huge let down.

              The company sends 5-10 spam mails every single day. When trying to unsubscribe to the spam mails the unsubscribe button never works.

              This is some lazy promotional ### the company has been pulling off from the past 7 years and still hasn't fixed it yet.

                The advertised Simmons shoe cabinet had 3 compartments in each of the 3 sliding cabinets.

                However after assembly mine has 1 ply missing for each of the 3 cabinets. Images attached.

                    I was supposed to receive a refund with 10-17 days but it has been over 30 days I have still not received a refund. Every time I send a mail to customer support I receive a mail saying that they will contact me within 24-48 hours. However, I never received a single call from their side.

                      This is the worst product i have got online. the bed is imbalance shaking, and no durability or strength of bed the ply wood upper or lower side is as such if you will stand on bed it will break. even i[censored] r of 60 kg .Hence cant be used and is defective to be called as bed

                          We booked a 4 seater dining set on 26th Jan 2022 from Whitefield pepperfry studio which got delivered on 29th Jan 2022. The product arrived damaged where 2 chairs were in broken condition. The whole set was immediately returned . Since that day I have been following up for REFUND for that item. The customer support manager called and told immediately refund will be processed . It has been 2 weeks now and neither there any acknowledgement on my mails /calls nor refund has been processed.

                              First time ordered an item from Pepperfry. I made an effort to call their support and confirm availability one day prior but even then they rescheduled the delivery without calling to confirm.

                              Pathetic service. Also they ask to give missed calls and their support team pretends to call then cuts the call immediately.
