[Resolved] Pepperfry — bed got broken within 20 days of its purchase

This king size bed got broken on sides, just within 25 days of its purchase from pepperfry, that too during midnight sleep, making me afraid of as it made a snap sound like sinking inside the bed. I had contacted customer care of pepperfry also, as this bed is supposed to be within warranty period upto one year from its purchase. But poor wooden framework has caused this damage..

Updated by majharish I have sent pics of broken bed, many times now, and after being found in unrepairable condtion by the authorised rep sent by the company, no refund or any necessary action has been taken. The rep also told that, frame of bed is very weak, and asked me 'why i bought such weak product?
