[Resolved]  Pepperfry — cancel my product and refund my amount

Yesterday ie 18th december i placed an order along with online payment to pepperfry order number[protected].
Immediately after placing the order i contacted on phone to pepperfry customer support three times call and also sent a emai complaint (The case reference number is ph[protected].) & inform that by mistake the product's heights are small and do not have shelf racks, so i should not give it, please cancel it, and return the money in my account, but he did not believe it, so please i reuested you, please refund my money in my account,

Just now on phone i was informed that company policy is not to cancel / exchange the order product & when i told that still you have not dispatched the product to me why you are behaving like this. I also told them i am the life member of council for fair business practice and believe in fair business.. Please cancel the order. But they are not agree.
