Hi team,

I made an order in pepperfry and they have given me an eta of delivery of 45 days which is absolutely unrealistic and they are not allowing me to cancel the order.

Please help me cancel the order and get my refund. These fraudsters are cheating us.

They are directing me to terms and policies which is not making any sense. I have a phone recording with the customer care also if required, please help me cancel this order and save me from these fraudsters.

Pepperfry Customer Care's response Dear Prashanth, we are a marketplace company and provide our merchants a platform to sell their products. Hence, we do not accept cancellation once the order is placed.
