[Resolved] Pepperfry — cancellation / store credit | |||
Hi I placed an order on 04/01/2018, with order id[protected] and wanted to cancel as i wanted to buy some other item from your website as the delivery date is after 50 days of placing the order. It is a nightmare. I informed them the same day. You can even charge any cancellation fee if possible. You guys are not canceling the order nor providing me with a store credit so that i can buy something else from your website. What's the use of buying something online when i don't have a convenience to cancel before the order has been dispatched. I called your executives twice but it's the same reply all the time.
