Pepperfry — cheated by pepperfry - did not get coupon discount

I had used APP45 coupon on this order, with this I had to get 35% off n 10% cash back but while payment was made full amount was deducted from my account... I did not get any off or cash back.. please initiate refund &
cashback asap.
