[Resolved] Pepperfry.com — Cancellation and refund of my product been denied by the team even when the product hasn't yet been dispatched from source

Hi,
I had ordered a product - Order no[protected] on 21st of Oct. but i had to cancel the item as I would not be available by 31st Oct when the product will be delivered and I had raised the cancellation request early when the product is not even dispatched from the source. But the team is denying the cancellation. Please help.
I need help and I cannot let my product remain unattended when I am not in my location.
