[Resolved]  Pepperfry — company denying cancellation even after sending an email stating i can cancel

I had placed an order for a desk & ergonomic chair on their website on 4th april, 2020. After govt. Extended the lockdown till 3rd may, 2020, i received an email from pepperfry stating that i can cancel my order since they were not sure when they could deliver my item. But when i sent the email for cancellation the next day customer care called and denied that they can't cancel my order. I want to cancel my order and get a refund since the company can't guarantee delivery of the items.
