[Resolved] Pepperfry — defective item that they are not taking back & misleading information on website | |||||
I bought two wall shelves from pepperfry which were described as "no assembly required". On receiving the package, I found that it was only parts that required complete assembly. So, first complaint: blatant lies on the website to fool customers. Since they refused to offer carpenter service OR to initiate a return and refund after repeated requests, I decided to hire a carpenter to do the work. Even that did not work as the that ENTIRE UNIT WAS ONLY DEFECTIVE!! Pepperfry is fooling people without any regard for the loss of MONEY, TIME and ENERGY on the customers part. And they are not bothered enough to take responsibility. Just one DO NOT REPLY email apologising. Was this information helpful? | |||||
