[Resolved] Pepperfry — furniture assembly timeline violation | |
My order of king size bed with mattress have been delivered on sunday 10th dec 2017 at 1 pm and the assembly was promised to be done by 2.30 pm as per prior request however now the pepperfry team is denying on the same. As a corporate employee it is not possible to be at home on working days (Mon to fri). The customer support executive (Mr suresh) denied to raise complaint and guided to wait till eod and if the carpenter won't show up then will check way forward. The furniture parts have been dumped in my house with no confirmation on assembly. So please suggest... Was this information helpful? | |

This maybe a one off case with such magnitudes. Having said that, we would positively work on it, so that such instances are not repeated in near future.
