Pepperfry — hardware missing for six seater dining table | |
I ordered a six seater dining table which was delivered on 18.01.2019. I requested for assembly on later date as it was delivered to my new home. One carpenter was sent for delivery on 10.02.2019. The carpenter opened the seal of all the boxes sent by pepperfry and informed me that hardware for the dining table is missing and I need to complain to customer care. I took the photo of the product and also the carpenter On complaining, they told me that the version of the carpenter may be true but they cannot help as it has crossed 7 days. I asked them how can they blame the customer for their lapse which is agreed by their carpenter. Carpenter complained to some one and said they will try to arrange and Till date I did not get any response from them and their returns department is rudely mentioning 7 days policy. I need this issue to be fixed urgently as I'm waiting for my dining table assembly in my new home. Was this information helpful? | |
