[Resolved] Pepperfry — looting money by not cancelling the order | |||
This is one nightmare. I am trying to cancel the order, within just 10 hours of placing the order, because of some my own personal reasons. But pepperfry denies to cancel the order. I mean, i have placed an order today morning, on a sunday, and by evening i need to cancel the order, but company has denied to do that. Also, being a non working day, i am sure there has been no processing done on the product, specially when you are going to get the product after 22/25 days. So, what's the point of it? It's not been even 12 hours man, but i cannot cancel the order. 38000 is a big amount for middle class person, specially when you do not require the product at all. You cannot force me to buy the product, just because i have paid you in advance and you got upper hand for holding the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
