"The Item was purchased on 24/04/2021 at 17:23:06 and had a warranty of 12 months. The warranty covers any defect as per terms and conditions laid out by the manufacturer. The damage in your product is due to usage which is not covered under warranty." I[censored]sage voids a products warranty, we are indeed operating under assumptions that have thrown things like shame under the bus long back. The chair costed 10000. Now I am stuck with 2 pieces. I hope someone reads this and reconsiders their decision to give pepperfry their business. I know I won't. BTW the people standing near the broken chair misguided me saying that my issue will be taken care of. So you know what the words of someone sporting a pepperfry brand is.
