Pepperfry — not replacing broken chair in warranty period | |
Had bought an ergonomic chair from your website. The details for the same are as follows - Order id:[protected] Order sku id:[protected]fn1789463-s-pm3041 Order sku product: elegant ergonomic chair in red colour by adiko systems The chair broke after only using it for one month. Firstly, i did not expect a product of such poor quality from pepperfry. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times. Earlier i got an assurance that the product will be replaced since it's been only a month of regular usage of the chair. But even after this assurance, no-one reached out to us to redress our complaint. After raising the complaint multiple times, today i got a call from one of the customer care executives refusing to acknowledge that the chair should be repaired or replaced. The customer care executive who called today was extremely rude and openly challenged us to escalate this complaint to whoever we want. I never expected this kind of inefficient service and nonchalant attitude from pepperfry.com. Was this information helpful? | |
