Sir, I have booked the clock with Order number is #[protected] The clock given to me is in complete shabby condition. It have spot marks all over the clock. It is not new clock. There was no packing done during supply. we have not received the original cover of clock. This is my first experience to trade with pepperfry and I am sorry to say that experience was quite horrible. I have registered complaint to pepperfry but no rsponse received till date. you are requested to pl take necessary action immediately to resolve the issue.
