[Resolved] Pepperfry — pepperfry is not transferring refund amount of a defective product to bank a/c | |||
I ordered an office chair from pepperfry on 21st feb 2020, for which i had paid using the credit card. It was defective, so i returned it, and i got the amount in my wallet, placed an order for another chair. I called the customer care to return the remaining amount of the refund to my card. But they completely denied. I had already purchased various items and i do not need to get anything else. Still, they told me that they can't do anything about it. I am strictly against this. Since i do not have to buy anything else, i want the remaining refund amount back into my a/c. This was not expected from a renowned brand like pepperfry. Had i known this before, i would have better opted for some other online stores or local furniture stores. Was this information helpful? | |||
