[Resolved] Pepperfry — regarding amount deduction | |||||
On dated 21.01.2020 i have made a payment to pepperfry through mobikwik. The amount was 512 rs. However the amount has been debited form my wallet but it has not been received by pepperfry. This transaction was successful at the end of mobikwik. This order has not been confirmed by pepperfry due to payment issue. Also till date i have not received my amount back neither my order is successful. So kindly refund my amount back to wallet. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jan 30, 2020 Pepperfry Customer Care's response Dear Poonam, the order was cancelled by the payment gateway and the amount debited against the order will be reversed to the original payment instrument within 7-10 working days. In case the amount is not credited to your account within the above-mentioned timeline, we request you to contact your bank’s customer care.
