Pepperfry — Return not being accepted! | |||||
Website in large letters claims 30 day refund policy and customer service says fine print claims no return policy. That is clearly cheating the customer into a false belief. They do not understand that keeping customers does not happen by blackmailing them into keeping items they do NOT want! I do not feel the quality of the products was up to the mark. In addition one item was not even delivered! No one at the firm allows you to speak to a senior person!!!
