[Resolved] Pepperfry — Scratches/ damage on spacewood kosmo arcade bed unit | |||||
I purchased a Spacewood Kosmo Arcade Bed from Pepperfry/com on 6th November 2016 and the same was delivered on 17th November. On opening the box, the Pepperfry installer noticed and informed me that some of the pieces of the bed unit contained scratches, which is not acceptable for a new product purchase. The installer informed me that a separate team from Pepperfry.com would visit my residence to attend to polish/ touch up to remove the scratches. Please have this done urgently. Thanks.
