Send Product Second hand & Not Replace or Refund Strictly from Pepperfry i order Chair From Pepperfry on 1 Jan 2017 & Company Deliver at 24 Jan 2017, But after Received Chair They Are send Old Use & Defective Chair With New Plastic Wrapper . Then i Return Request Send.But company Say it is not possible to exchange or refund. You Have to accept This Chair Without Any confirmation. After That Call to Customer Care & No Support from There.i Also Request Two More Time & Worst Experience Still Continues. No Email & No Message & No Call Back.
