Pepperfry order #[protected]de1538989-s-pm9074 Shipped a defective product, when i asked for exchange, peperfry asked me to contact manufacturers for warranty claim. Can you please let me know why should i purchase a defective product for which immediately after reviving i need to claim warranty?
