Pepperfry — study tables drawers malfunctioning, assembly of tables, is very loose knobs are damaged

I purchased two study tables.in the tables the assembly is very loose. The screws have loosened.. The drawers are also not working properly. They get stuck and are not functioning smoothly.in one table the nobs are also damaged. When we put books in the shelves the table starts swinging and we feel very irritated as the table swings when study on it.. I am not satisfied with the quality of the table.
