Pepperfry — third class after sales service | |||
Pepperfry order id:[protected] I had booked a request for repair work for entertainment unit on 27/06/17. For the last 20 days, i have made several attempts to speak to senior manager for the delay in repair work. Every week i get 2-3 sms intimation from pepperfry confirming carpenter's visit but they dont fulfill the commitment. I spoke to gayatri khona from accounts department who promised prompt visit of carpenter on 6/7/17 but it never happened. None of my emails were answered by gayatri khona since 6/7/17. Surprisingly they dont have hierarchy in customer care to deal with phone calls / emails. They dont have nodal agency to punish juniors. This is worst service i ever receive from any corporate entity. Please dont get trapped by fancy advts. Was this information helpful? | |||
