Pepperfry — wrong product delivered and broken during installation | |
Pepperfry order[protected] Issue 1- we ordered a bed in nov 2018 and raised installation request in feb 2019, as our interior work was going on in our new flat The person from pepperfry came for installation and said it can’t be installed as the side panels don’t belong to the model we have ordered. Now pepperfry says because 7 days are over, they will not replace it. We are not asking for replacement, we are only asking them to install it. Are not defective products covered under warranty? This is a defective one as we are not even able to install it Issue 2- while installing the bed side tables, the technician broke the drawer channels.
